Jarecki Valves got its start producing valve and valve components for the Navy Nuclear program and we are now leveraging our experience and expertise to make power plant valves. Targeting areas such as stem leakage, body gasket leakage, performance and endurance, Jarecki has developed a line of valves which have meet every one of these goals.
Our quality control program requires that every power plant valve we make has a seat leakage test, a hydrostatic test, and a torque test performed before it leaves the factory. We are proud to be ISO 9000 certified. This assures that when the customer receives the valve, they get what they paid for every single time.
Jarecki Valves provides V port control valves for the power industry. These
valves are mainly used in feedwater applications with pressures drops below 500
psi.

Jarecki 3000 Weld End Series ball valves are designed in accordance with ANSI B16.34. They are an
excellent choice for abrasion, feed water, steam and high temperature services. This design offers
the benefit of a full port valve that matches the pipe ID in a uni-body design. So there is
essentially no pressure drop through the valve when sold as a full port. The 3000 Series can be
provided in almost any alloy. Coupled with our Phantom Port, these valves reduce the effects of
cavitation and wire draw on the trim. These valves have live-loaded stem packing systems, a triple
body seal, and are available in both uni-directional and bi-directional designs, socket weld, and
butt-weld ends. Secondary rubber stem seals are available that are specifically designed to
withstand feedwater containing amines. This seal provides for effective stem sealing with no
maintenance.

HTV Series Ball Valves are built for the Power Industry. These valves are produced in Fairview, PA,
from pressure classes 1500# to 4500# and they provide long dependable service life. The Phantom Port
feature reduces seat wear by 75% on every cycle making them the longest lasting valves on market.
This feature is also great for high cycle applications. The rugged unibody design eliminates any
possible body leak. The large mounting pad makes mounting actuation seamless. Our ball to seat
contact area is very large which reduces the stress at this connection. This provides for low torque
and long sealing life.

7000 Series Ball Valves are three-piece in-line repairable ball valves. These power plant valves
are available in pressure classes 600# to 2500#, and they provide long dependable service life. Once
installed, this valve can be repaired by removing the body bolts and dropping in a new center
section. This eliminates the high cost of future PWHT. The Phantom Port feature reduces seat wear by
75% on every cycle, making them the longest-lasting valves on market. This feature is also great for
high cycle applications. The rugged unibody design eliminates any possible body leak, and the large
mounting pad makes mounting actuation seamless. Our ball to seat contact area is very large which
